Why Most Choose To Be A Hoarder?

Have you ever wondered why do people hoard?

Perhaps it all started from our fore parents? Most of them migrated to a new country with nothing and they tend not to take things for granted.

To them every stuffs are valuable.

However, over time as we become more and more well to do, our habits still follow. We still have the tendency to want more stuffs (especially if it's FREE)

But, have you ever thought about your precious limited resources; TIME?

It takes time to clean them, to tidy them or organising them etc.

Basically, hoarding can be broken down into 3 symptoms:

  1. Excessive collection of valueless stuffs
  2. Inability to get rid of things
  3. Inability to organise stuffs
Are you able to identify your symptoms?

Also, hoarders can be identified in these 2 main categories:
  1. Impulsive hoarders (they have the tendency to buy things they don't really need)
  2. Worried Keeper (they keep things for future use but never comes in handy)
Are you one of them?

Do you or anyone you know have changed to become a minimalist from a hoarder? Because old habits die hard.

If you do know, please comments below and share your stories.
